"BISOFT" Ltd. notifies all lawyers who are members of the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund of the Sofia Bar Association that due to non-payment by the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund of its obligations under Contract No. 42/07.11.2008 for subscription and maintenance of the "BARKEEPER" software system for managing the activities of the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund of the Sofia Bar Association, for the period from October 2020 to 11.09.2023, "BISOFT" Ltd. has suspended the right of the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund to use the system as of 07:00 on 12.09.2023. The amounts for the contested period are subject to two ongoing legal proceedings.

     In light of the fact that the aforementioned system is used by lawyers, members of the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund of the Sofia Bar Association, to pay insurance contributions to the NRA and membership fees to the fund, for any questions regarding this matter, please contact the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund.
