"BISOFT" Ltd. notifies you that on 10.10.2023, a system failure was detected in the system servicing the activities of the Bar Association, due to the expiration of security certificates. These must be paid for by the Bar Association within 7 days before their expiration date.

     It is precisely due to the untimely fulfillment of this obligation by the Bar Association that the system failure occurred, despite a written warning from "BISOFT" Ltd. to the Bar Association about the due payment before the expiration date of the security certificates.

     "BISOFT" Ltd. was forced to mobilize its full resources to restore normal operations, in order to minimize the inconvenience caused to the lawyers of the Sofia Bar Association, which lasted only 8 hours on 10.10.2023.

     The relations between "BISOFT" Ltd. and the Sofia Bar Association in this regard are governed by a contract concluded between the parties.

     "BISOFT" Ltd. expresses its regret for the inconvenience caused, due to the negligent and uninterested attitude of the Bar Council of the Sofia Bar Association regarding the fulfillment of their contractual obligations.
