On 13^th November 2018, in the District Court Plovdiv was created, in the DECLARATIONS section, a new section "Declaration under Art. 35 of ZPKONPI”, which was made by “BISOFT” Ltd. and it includes: Declaration of property and interests, para. 1 item 2 of ZPKONPI and Declaration of incompatibility under Art. 35, para. 1, item 1 of ZPKONPI. Persons for whom there is an obligation to file a property declaration in connection with their entry or dismissal, with the exception of those required by the Judiciary Act, should file such a declaration.
