On 1st November 2018, “BISOFT” LTD. and the SUPREME COURT OF CASSATION concluded an AGREEMENT FOR NON-EXCLUSIVE AND TERM RIGHT TO USE THE SOFTWARE SYSTEM "SERVICE" FOR SERVICE PROTECTION.
The integration of the module in the SUPREME COURT OF CASSATION is a guarantee for the legality and functionality of the legal aid mechanism of the software system developed by “BISOFT”.
SOFTWARE SYSTEM "OFFICIAL PROTECTION" module "Instances" provides the transfer / exchange of information between the integrated bar councils and the Supreme Court of Cassation, thus supporting the activities of the NATIONAL LEGAL AID BUREAU in accordance with the PPA.
“BISOFT” LTD. has created the unique software systems “LEGAL AID” and “OFFICIAL PROTECTIONS”, according to the powers of the Bar Councils and the National Legal Aid Bureau of the Republic of Bulgaria, defined in the Law on Legal Aid, and according to the introduced terms and conditions in the said law on the provision of legal aid / procedural, internal /.
