On 12^th September 12 2019, “BISOFT” LTD. implemented an improvement / novelty of the process for portability of electronic case files and after a proposal by lawyers, members of the Bar Association - Plovdiv, also made a consultation to the District Court - Plovdiv, a new functionality - Document - "Electronic power of attorney", which allows to be associated with "APPLICATION" through the software system "Document Authenticator". An authorized lawyer in a case can scan an original document and attach it to the application. Upon receipt of the "APPLICATION" there will be attached a "POWER OF ATTORNEY" to serve when requesting materials in a case without a physical power of attorney. The update was made in order to facilitate the authorization process and save time.
