There is a National Legal Aid Bureau at the Ministry of Justice. Its function is by definition of general use - the most important, it provides official lawyers for people who can not afford paid protection. With a donation for 10 years, the software company "Bisoft" EOOD provides its own product for use. Due to personal or other reasons, the head of NLAB terminates the use of the product of "BISOFT" Ltd. This happened in 2014. Assigns another company to maintain the system. Appetites for a reform of the reform in the legal aid!?
From the 17th of October 2014 by order of the President of the National Bureau for Legal Aid – Elena Cherneva-Markova the usage of the software program ‘’Legal Aid’’ has been stopped. The program in question was realized and included in action during December 2009 with the protections of the then Director of the National Bureau for Legal Aid – lawyer Vasya Ilieva, and the then President of the Supreme Attorney Council – Daniela Dokovska. The system was endowed to the National Bureau for Legal Aid by its creator ‘’Bisoft’’ Ltd.
